English alternative assessment~

First, this post is for my English alternative assessment.
If you want to know more about me, just continue to read on.
My hobbies and likes are almost the same. Because, if u like to do something, it will eventually become your hobbies, so this is what happened to me.
I like doing handwork, which includes, sewing, knitting and of course origami.
My hobbies are swimming, playing squash and reading Chinese romance storybooks.
I always kill my free time reading Chinese storybooks, some English books are interesting and i will start reading them.
My daily home is by doing homework and spent my time resting as after a long day at home, its tiring.
My school-life is boring, but some days are really fun. Example, thursday, it is our CCA day.
I'm in dance club, although our dance instructor put a lot of stress on us, but we still enjoy dancing a lot.

Information about the career of you and a discussion on your career choice:

I would like to be a patissier. A patissier means that i will work in the baking & cold pastry kitchen of a bakery, hotel, country club, restaurant or airport. I will assist the chef [ chief ] patissier in preparing hot or cold desserts, sweet sauces, cakes & pastries.
I would like to to be a patissier as i enjoy baking a lot. I also would like to open a bakery on my own, but, if i'm not able to do so. I would work as a patissier to learn the basic needs of a baker and start my own bakery.
The career opportunities is that, if i'm with experience, i may be promoted to chef patissier or pastry chef if i'm harkworking and have to the ability.
Although it is not a affordable job, but i enjoy doing the things i'm working.
i will be very happy..
